The practically world-famous Knights of Columbus Pancake Breakfast is held on the 4th Sunday every month except summer months. Each month they partner with a different Vermilion organization. Partner organizations provide volunteers to help cook and serve, and then share in the proceeds raised.
This month (October 25, 2026) the Knights will be supporting the Vermilion River Flying Club.
Come for a delicious breakfast or brunch, and see VRFC members hard at work cooking and serving under the direction of the Knights!
